We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel. You have 72 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule, for you not to lose your deposit. Only a ONE TIME reschedule is allowed and the new appointment must be communicated and confirmed by Fritzie. (please check the booking site for a new date and we have to change it on our end). We charge a 100% cancellation fee (price of service booked) for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 15 minutes late or more your deposit will be forfeited.
